The courses can be taken live with an instructor or self-paced and are divided into various levels.
You can benefit from these courses whether you are starting out or already have experience with ControlUp. All courses in this catalog require you to create an account on our Academy learning management system (LMS), or login if you already have an account.
Real-Time DX Admin

4 hours: 2 sessions at 2 hours each
The Certified Administrator training course is designed for both new admins that are just starting with ControlUp Real-Time DX, as well as seasoned ControlUp Real-Time DX admins who would like to refresh or expand their existing knowledge and skills. Passing the final exam grants you a completion certificate.
Real-Time DX Advanced Admin

4 hours: 2 sessions at 2 hours each
The Advanced Administrator training Course is designed for users who want to get more in-depth knowledge about Real-Time DX and have completed and received the Certified Administrator Training Course Certificate. The course includes an additional online e-learning 15-minute session on advanced On-prem structure. This course includes live presentations and a final exam. Passing the final exam grants you a completion certificate.
Edge DX Admin

2 hours in 1 session

The Certified Edge DX Administrator training course is designed for new admins that are just starting with ControlUp Edge DX.
