What you need to know

A simple guide to the Academy transition

We are replacing the current ControlUp Academy platform with a new learning management system. Here is what will happen before, during, and after the move.

STEP 01

The transition begins

We will begin moving all completed course history and certificates to the new system. Access to learning content will not be possible during this period.

STEP 02

Eligible records are moved

We securely migrate accounts, achievements, and credentials for learners who were active within the last 12 months.

STEP 03

The new Academy arrives

The transition is complete and learners can begin using the new learning experience.

If you have not used the Academy during the last 12 months, your old account will not be moved automatically.

  1. Register for a new account when the new Academy launches.
  2. If you want to keep earlier achievements, email our Academy team.
  3. We will help review and migrate your previous records.
